The Challenge
TechBrand was experiencing high cart abandonment rates and a dated user interface that didn't reflect the premium nature of their electronic products. The site was slow, not mobile-friendly, and users found it difficult to navigate the complex product categories.
The Solution
We completely overhauled the user experience with a mobile-first approach. We implemented a headless CMS architecture using React/Next.js for lightning-fast page loads. The checkout process was simplified from 5 steps to a seamless 2-step process. A sleek, dark-mode design was introduced to give a premium feel.
